Who it is for
JellyRock is sold for adult men and the jar says adult use only. The label says people under 18, and pregnant or nursing women, should consult a physician. Read the label before use.
Medicines
Do not take more than the label unless a clinician says so. It is for adults 18 and older.
Talk to a doctor before JellyRock if any of this applies
JellyRock is a dietary supplement. It is not a treatment for tiredness, erectile dysfunction, low testosterone or a thyroid problem, and it does not replace any medicine you take. See your doctor or pharmacist before the first serving if you:
- have a thyroid condition or take thyroid medicine, because each serving carries 100 mcg of iodine (MedlinePlus: hypothyroidism);
- take any other product with folic acid: the 600 mcg in two gummies is 60% of the adult upper limit, and a high intake can hide a low vitamin B12 (MedlinePlus: folic acid; MedlinePlus: vitamin B12 deficiency anemia);
- take diabetes medicine or a diuretic, since apple cider vinegar can add to their effect (MedlinePlus: diabetes medicines);
- are under 18, pregnant or nursing, or have any known medical condition, as the jar’s own caution says;
- have noticed new or lasting tiredness, or a change in erections or drive. These can be early signs of heart disease, diabetes or a hormone problem, and they deserve a check-up first (MedlinePlus: erectile dysfunction; NIDDK).
Each serving also has 4 g of added sugar and gelatin, and the vinegar is acidic, so drink or rinse with water after chewing. More on choosing any supplement safely: MedlinePlus: dietary supplements.
Put simply: low energy or a change in drive is a medical question first. Book a visit with a clinician before you buy, especially if you take thyroid, diabetes, diuretic or heart medicine.
